Terms of Service

I authorise Alphawave Technologies Private Limited (Mitigata) to process my email address and/or mobile number so that publicly known breach databases and dark web sources can be searched, and a report can be shared with me.

I have read and agree to the above terms. I confirm I am the owner of the data being scanned.

This report is for my personal awareness. Its use remains entirely my responsibility.

Mitigata does not store my details beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

Mitigata does not hold any responsibility once the report has been sent to me.

I consent to Mitigata using my email address and/or mobile number to send me:

• Transactional messages — verification codes, payment receipts, reports, and service updates related to this request.
• Promotional messages — information about Mitigata's products, services, and offers.

I may withdraw my promotional-messages consent at any time by writing to care@mitigata.com. Transactional messages tied to an active request cannot be opted out of.
